The PCB Depaneling Machine is a high-performance, CNC router which is specifically designed for cutting printed circuit boards. It provides precise and accurate positioning with an accuracy of 0.01mm, and features a routing bit life time checking and alarm system to remind the operator of when to change routing bits after 120m of cutting. It is also equipped with a unique routing bit system, which is designed to extend the life time of the bit by cutting the first 2mm from the first milling point, the middle 2mm from the second milling point, and the last 2mm from the third milling point. This machine offers manual loading and unloading of workstations, and can reach maximum cutting speeds of 80mm per second. Its overall height offset is adjustable from 60 to 110mm.
The X10 zoom-in image makes the programming process much easier and increases the accuracy of point setting.
In addition, two sliding tables are incorporated to enable simultaneous in-and-out movement thus drastically reducing tack time for higher productivity.
To cut down on mistakes during cutting, the AUTO MARK offset system and CCD image technology check and simulate the route before cutting, providing enhanced accuracy and reducing any unnecessary mistakes.
To prolong bit life, the router machine comes equipped with an alarm system to alert the operator when it finishes 120M cutting. Special cutting technology splits the Router bit into three parts, with the first 2mm cutting the first point, 2mm in the middle for the second and the last 2mm cutting the third to increase its life time.
