Plug-in PCB assembly process
In PCB design, often because some single boards are too small, it is not convenient to pass the furnace (crest or reflow furnace), it is necessary to assemble the board to deal with the processing problems, a PCB of the board, with V-CUT slot and process side.
1 The board is too small, and four panels are used. Note: Of course, as for a few puzzles, choose according to practice.
2In the direction of the furnace, it is easy to use the upper and lower. If the furnace is left and right, the error and lifting of the gusseting equipment are simply caused, that is to say, the two feet are not welded together to cause the lifting of the equipment. When the direction of the furnace is in the PCB design, the direction of the equipment is related to the processing technology. In any case, the orientation of the equipment is the same as possible.
3 Because the equipment compartment lacks 5MM, so the process side is added. Although the direction of the board is from top to bottom, it is theoretically necessary to make up the left and right sides of the process, which is convenient for the rail clamp. However, in practice, the craft side is also supplemented. The reason for the ups and downs is that the shape of the plate is a "convex" shape, which avoids the tint of the notch when it passes through the furnace.
4 At the beginning of the design, I only designed the two stamp holes in the center, but considering that the two stamp holes in the center are too far apart, I can worry about the fixed side of the craft, and add two stamps, but the number is only two. Hole, easy to open.
5 In order to facilitate the board into the guide rail during the furnace, the corner of the craft side should be curved. Generally requires an arc with a radius of about 3MM
